A Mixed Stay at a Centrally Located Hotel

The room size felt quite small. There was barely enough space to put luggage. I found it disappointing that the hotel did not acknowledge my birthday. There were no complimentary cake slices or even a handwritten note, unlike other hotels I have visited.

The location was great. Walking or a quick taxi ride got me to many places. the area was quiet and peaceful. i especially liked the varied breakfast and the friendly staff. the rooms were clean and well kept.

the parking setup wasn't great. i think they could improve the parking facilities.

I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Silver Monkey Restaurant last Monday. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was excellent! The food was AMAZING!!! Chef Nazmy, Chef Aiman, Suria and Yazir even arranged a surprise birthday celebration for my friend, which I appreciated. The experience.

I noticed a slight delay in housekeeping responding to calls, sometimes needing a follow-up visit to the front desk.
