i really loved how unique the hotel felt. the decorations were intriguing (i especially liked the art pieces made from recycled glass). the service was genuinely kind, and the staff were very helpful. the views from the rooftop pool were amazing.

the room was a bit small, barely providing enough space for luggage.

The location was great. Walking or a quick taxi ride got me to many places. the area was quiet and peaceful. i especially liked the varied breakfast and the friendly staff. the rooms were clean and well kept.

the parking setup wasn't great. i think they could improve the parking facilities.

I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Silver Monkey Restaurant last Monday. The atmosphere was beautiful, and the service was excellent! The food was AMAZING!!! Chef Nazmy, Chef Aiman, Suria and Yazir even arranged a surprise birthday celebration for my friend, which I appreciated. The experience.

I noticed a slight delay in housekeeping responding to calls, sometimes needing a follow-up visit to the front desk.
